DMN includes 142 new land units & 14 new naval units.

husserlTW's Napoleon Total Factions modification is included in DMN, which adds a lot more playable factions.

France is no longer as strong as in vanilla.

AI bonuses per difficulty level have been removed.

Chains shots have been tweaked to have less range, but be more powerful.

Cannons' solid shots do more damage to the crew and can deal lots of damage up close.

While DarthMod focuses on the most important aspect of the game, the Battle AI and Campaign AI, DarthMod Ultimate Commander Edition focuses on improving or enhancing many of the games other elements.

Naval morale is more dynamic (Surrender rather than fight to the death). DarthMod Ultimate Commander is a nearly complete overhaul of Empire: Total War based Darth Vaders excellent DarthMod Empire Commander Edition Mod.

AI siege and river battles have been improved.

AI assaults and firing are timed better.

Now, morale can affect the enemy AI's decisions on the battlefield.
